Technical structure of the Vitality Booth™ Plus

Halotherapy - HaloGX Halogenerator

This revolutionary new halogenerator offers salt therapy with maximum effectiveness by generating the smallest salt particles. The Vitality Booth™ has been optimised to integrate the HaloGX™ Halogenerator from Halotherapy Solutions.

Red light therapy - red light panels

The powerful devices deliver scientifically validated wavelengths of deep red (630-660 nm) and near infrared (830-850 nm) light from the top, front and sides. Red light is absorbed by the skin, boosts collagen production and supports skin problems. Near infrared penetrates deeper and promotes muscle regeneration, cell renewal and relieves joint pain. Approved by the F.D.A. as a Class II medical device.

F.A.Q.

What is red light therapy?

Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment method that uses red or near infrared light to achieve various health benefits. These wavelengths of light penetrate the skin and can improve cell function.

How does red light therapy work?

Red and near infrared light penetrate deep into the skin and stimulate the mitochondria in the cells, increasing the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). This promotes cell regeneration and healing.

What are the health benefits of red light therapy?

Skin rejuvenation and anti-ageing: Promotes collagen production, reduces wrinkles and improves skin texture.
Anti-inflammatory: Reduces inflammation and can help with chronic inflammatory conditions.
Pain relief: Can relieve muscle and joint pain.
Wound healing: Accelerates the healing of wounds and injuries.
Muscle regeneration: Promotes regeneration after training and helps in the treatment of muscle injuries.
Improves circulation: Increases blood flow and promotes overall tissue health.

Is red light therapy safe?

Yes, red light therapy is generally safe and has few side effects. However, it should not be used on people with certain skin conditions or photosensitivity without first consulting a doctor.

How often should red light therapy be used?

The frequency of use depends on the individual’s state of health and goals. Typically, it is recommended to start 3-5 times per week for about 10-20 minutes per session. It is advisable to discuss the application with a healthcare provider.

Can anyone use red light therapy?

Red light therapy is safe for most people, but there are exceptions. People with certain skin conditions, photosensitivity or other health concerns should consult a doctor before use.

Where can red light therapy be used?

Red light therapy can be used in specialised wellness and health centres, clinics, physiotherapy practices and even at home with the appropriate equipment.

Is there scientific evidence for the effectiveness of red light therapy?

Yes, there are numerous scientific studies that prove the effectiveness of red light therapy for various health problems, including skin rejuvenation, pain relief and muscle regeneration.

What is salt therapy (halotherapy)?

Salt therapy, also known as halotherapy, is a natural form of therapy in which microscopic salt particles are introduced into the air and inhaled. This therapy is often carried out in specially equipped salt rooms or salt caves.

How does salt therapy work?

During salt therapy, dry salt is sprinkled into the air through a halogenerator. The tiny salt particles are inhaled and penetrate the respiratory tract and skin, where they have potentially health-promoting effects.

What are the health benefits of salt therapy?

Improves respiratory health: Helps relieve symptoms of asthma, bronchitis, allergies and other respiratory conditions.
Skin health: Can help with skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema and acne.
Strengthening the immune system: Can improve general immune function.
Stress reduction: Promotes relaxation and well-being.
Anti-inflammatory: Reduces inflammation in the airways and on the skin.

Is salt therapy safe?

Yes, salt therapy is generally safe and has few side effects. However, it is advisable to consult a doctor before use if you have certain health conditions, such as severe asthma or skin diseases.

How often should salt therapy be used?

The frequency depends on individual needs and health goals. Many people report positive effects after just a few sessions, while others prefer regular treatments, e.g. 1-3 times a week.

Can anyone use salt therapy?

Most people can enjoy the benefits of salt therapy. However, people with severe asthma, active infections or open wounds should consult a doctor before undergoing the therapy.

Where can salt therapy be used?

Salt therapy can be carried out in specialised salt rooms, salt caves, spas and wellness centres. There are also mobile halotherapy devices for home use.

Is there scientific evidence for the effectiveness of salt therapy?

There are some studies and numerous testimonials that support the benefits of salt therapy. However, research in this area is still limited and further studies are needed to confirm the exact health effects.
